    Hey Steph,

    I am interested in your 12-week program. How much does it cost?

    I currently do a lifting routine 4-5 days a week with 10# weights, bands, and body weight at home. I also walk/run 5-6 days a week about 4 miles. Mostly doing the lifts from the P90X program. I am struggling to loss weight due to a thyroid problem.

    I log my food and exercise already and do know that I have some diet issues with too much sugar intake and am working on it. We already eat lots of lean meats, veggies, and fruits. I have also done the Isagenix Shakes and 9-Day Cleanse. I currently have the shakes for lunch most days.

    Not really sure how much info you need to help me but feel free to ask questions. Most of the weight I need to loss is in the mid-section (which is very common for thyroid problems).
