I’m Steph, and welcome to my life! My super busy, but creative and rewarding, fit life.
I’ve got an awesome husband and two little boys and we happily reside in Utah.
I’ve never been a skinny person. I’ve honestly only been “fit” off and on for most of my life but I’ve always loved the feel of moving and challenging my body.
I was a gymnast, track athlete, and cheerleader growing up, and went to college at Brigham Young University, where I got my BS degree in exercise science with an emphasis in fitness and wellness. I absolutely loved my major.
I got certified with NASM and did my internship as a CPT at 24-hour fitness.
I took a break, had a few babies, and took up competing.
I also put a gym in our home garage where I offer individual, couples, and group training.
Bodybuilding, training, and fitness have become a huge part of my life but revolve around my faith and family. I have lots of hobbies (some of which may occasionally surface on this blog) and I think a healthy lifestyle means maintaining balance and enjoying the journey in all facets and stages of life!
