At-home workout program.. FINALLY!

I’ve been working on this for a YEAR, and have recruited some amazing family members to help me get everything together. It will be available just in time for the New Year.

I’ve previously mentioned how the program works. There will be a workout for every single day for 12 weeks, with pictures of all exercises so you can easily follow along. The program progresses in difficulty so that your body won’t stall, and you’ll continue to see great results up until the end!

I’ve had at least 5 people already preview it, and it’s been awesome to see their improvements each month! I will be offering the program for $60, via PayPal. However, I’m offering a pre-sale discount. It will be just $50 up until January 1st! If it is your goal in 2016 to get in better shape but not spend so many hours in the gym, this might be the option for you! Please email me if interested or if you have any questions =)

A few questions…… What equipment do I need to do this program? And how long are the workouts?

      Hi Candace,
The program is mostly body weight, but utilizes dumbbells and a resistance band, plus a sort of bench/chair. The timeframe varies but typical between 30-45 minutes.
